When I was younger people never talked about sex much at all, well except some of the people in my family. When they were drinking, a lot of the jokes they told had sexual undertones to them. None of the old foggies ever talked about sex because it was just something nobody did back then.
My Grandfather and Grandmother were divorce before I was born and from what my Grandmother told us when we were kids, sex had a lot to do with it. Men did the work and women did the housework and sex was something they did when they wanted children back then.
Later on in life I learned that men and women need to have sexual relations for emotional and physical satisfaction and not just for child rearing. I have been married 3 times and had several lady friends in my life and let me tell you guys, romance and sex are a big part of a relationship.
When I was younger a lot of time was spent in the bar with a beer bottle in my hand and pleasing the wife was the farthest thing from my mind. This cost me 2 wives and several lady friends, because alcohol and drugs were more important to me.
